A rich pesto sauce with cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, pine nuts and hemp oil
Ingredients:
½ cup cherry tomatoes ½ cup fresh parsley 1 tablespoon pine nuts 2 garlic cloves 2 tablespoons of hemp oil 2 teaspoons of Elements 500mg Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
1. Prepare the ingredients and roughly chop the tomatoes.
2. Rinse off the parsley under cold water and remove the storks.
3. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend to a smooth texture.
